Layout Flexibility & Capacity
To accommodate different needs, this design offers the alternative of a 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom layout. Uniquely, one of the guest suites is designed as a luxury "bunk room," fitted with two double king-size bunk beds. This smart utilization of space allows the villa to comfortably host large families or groups without compromising on comfort.
    
The Master Sanctuary
While the main areas are built for connection, the master bedroom is built for privacy. Echoing pure luxury, the master suite is accessed via a private wooden bridge, physically separating it from the other buildings to create a secluded, floating retreat.
